Who is responsible
Cyber Recrut is a brand of CYBER EXPERTS (RCS Paris 953 156 791, 12 rue de Port-Mahon, 75002 Paris, France), which is responsible for the personal data collected on this website. Contact: contact@cyberrecrut.com.
What we collect and why
- Companies sharing a hiring need: contact details, company and the description of the role, to answer you and run your search.
- Candidates joining the network: contact details, current role, experience, areas of interest and what you choose to tell us, to contact you about roles that fit and, only with your agreement, introduce you to companies.
- Client area users: you sign in with Cyber Auth; we keep your email, name and the hiring needs you share, to run your searches. A session cookie keeps you signed in; it is strictly necessary and used for nothing else.
The legal basis is your request (pre-contractual steps) and our legitimate interest in recruiting. We never sell your data, and we never send a candidate's profile to a company without their agreement.
How long we keep it
Candidate data is kept for up to two years after our last contact, then deleted unless you ask us to keep it. Company requests are kept for the duration of our business relationship and up to three years after the last contact.
Audience measurement
We use anonymous, aggregated audience measurement (Vercel Web Analytics), which sets no cookies. This website sets no tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or ask for a copy, by writing to contact@cyberrecrut.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
